Bubble Tea Ice Cream is the perfect summer treat! Bubble tea, also known as boba tea, is a sweet and refreshing beverage made with tea, milk, and tapioca pearls. This recipe takes this delicious drink to the next level by combining all the flavors into a rich and creamy dessert.
To make this delicious treat, start by brewing a pot of strong black tea. Then, add milk and sugar to taste. Once the tea is sweetened to your liking, add in the tapioca pearls. For an extra-special treat, top your creation with whipped cream and more tapioca pearls.

- 500 ml
Assam Black Tea
- 5 g
sugar
- 2 scoops
vanilla ice cream
Ice
Directions
- Fill a shaker cup 500ml with ice
Add Assam Black Tea to the 500ml mark
Add 5-10 grams of sugar with your fructose dispenser
Place in the shaker machine for 8 seconds
Pour into a 24oz (700ml) cup
