1) Order number
2) Send a picture of the serial number on the bottom of your machine
3) Send us a video of your problem
4) Explain in detail when you are getting your error message. Is it as soon as you turn on your machine, after a few minutes, etc. Please give us as much detail as possible so that we can help you fix your machine.
